How to Register and Create a Profile on The Recruitment Org Candidate Portal

Getting started with The Recruitment Org on our Zoho-powered candidate portal is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to register and create your profile:

Step 1: Access the Zoho Candidate Portal

  • Go to The Recruitment Org website and click on the "Login | Register" link in the top navigation menu.
  • Alternatively, visit Candidate Portal directly.

Step 2: Start the Registration Process

  • On the portal login page, click on the “Create an account” button to begin the registration process.
  • You will be prompted to enter your email address and create a password.

Step 3: Verify Your Email

  • After submitting your email and password, check your inbox for a verification email from The Recruitment Org.
  • Click the verification link within the email to confirm your registration and proceed.

Step 4: Complete Your Basic Information

  • Once your email is verified, log in to the portal using your new credentials.
  • You’ll be directed to the profile creation page where you’ll need to enter basic information such as:
    • Full Name
    • Contact Information (Phone Number and Email)
    • Location (City, State, Country)

Step 5: Upload Your Resume

  • On the next screen, you will be asked to upload your resume in PDF or Word format.
  • If you don't have a resume ready, you can use the resume builder tool to create one directly within the portal.

Step 6: Fill in Your Work Experience and Skills

  • Provide details of your work experience, including job titles, companies, and dates of employment.
  • List your key skills, and be as specific as possible to increase your chances of being matched with the right jobs.

Step 7: Set Your Job Preferences

  • Indicate your job search preferences, including:

Step 8: Save and Submit Your Profile
