How to Review and Approve Candidate Profiles

At The Recruitment Org, we offer two ways for clients to review and approve candidate profiles: through our Client Portal (preferred) or via email. Here’s how you can review and provide feedback on candidates.

Option 1: Reviewing and Approving Candidates via the Client Portal (Preferred)

  1. Log into the Client Portal

    • Access the Portal: Log in to your Client Portal using your login credentials.
    • Dashboard: Once logged in, you’ll see your dashboard, which includes active job listings and candidate profiles.
  2. Navigate to the Candidates Section

    • In the dashboard, go to the “Candidates” section, where you will see a list of candidates submitted for review based on the job vacancy.
  3. Review Candidate Profiles

    • Select a Candidate: Click on the candidate’s name to open their profile.
    • You’ll be able to view their:
      • Resume/CV
      • Cover Letter (if provided)
      • Recruiter Notes (feedback from our team)
      • Skills, Qualifications, and Interview Notes
  4. Provide Feedback

    • You have the following options for each candidate:
      • Approve: Click “Approve” to confirm the candidate.
      • Reject: Click “Reject” if the candidate does not fit your requirements.
      • Request More Information: Use this option if you need further details before making a decision.
    • You can also leave additional feedback in the comments section.
  5. Track Candidate Status

    • Approved candidates will proceed to the next stage of the process, and you’ll be notified of the next steps.
    • Rejected candidates will be archived, and our team will continue sourcing additional talent.
  6. Communicate with Your Recruiter

    • Use the portal’s messaging feature to communicate directly with your recruiter for further questions or clarifications.

Option 2: Reviewing and Approving Candidates via Email

  1. Receive Candidate Profiles via Email

    • If you prefer, we can send candidate profiles to your email. These emails will include:
      • Candidate Resume/CV
      • Cover Letter (if provided)
      • Recruiter Notes
      • Skills and Qualifications
  2. Review the Candidate Details

    • Open the email and review the candidate’s profile, qualifications, and recruiter notes.
  3. Provide Feedback via Email

    • You can respond directly to the email with your decision by:
      • Approving the Candidate: Reply to the email confirming your approval.
      • Rejecting the Candidate: Reply to the email indicating that the candidate is not a fit, and include any feedback if necessary.
      • Requesting More Information: If you need additional details, respond with your specific request, and our team will follow up.
  4. Follow-Up and Next Steps

    • Once you provide feedback, our recruitment team will proceed based on your input and keep you updated on the next steps.
