Understanding the Candidate Referral Program

At The Recruitment Org, we value your network and believe great talent knows other great talent. Our Candidate Referral Program allows you to refer friends and colleagues for job opportunities and earn rewards when they get hired. Here’s everything you need to know about how the program works.

1. What is the Candidate Referral Program?

  • The Candidate Referral Program is designed to reward you for referring qualified candidates to The Recruitment Org. When your referred candidate gets placed and successfully completes their probation period, you’ll receive a referral reward.

2. How to Refer a Candidate

  • To participate in the program, follow these steps:
    1. Send an email to your assigned recruiter with the details of the person you wish to refer, including:
      • Full name
      • Email address
      • Phone number (optional)
      • Job title or industry of interest (if known)
    2. Your recruiter will tag your name to the referred candidate in our system.
    3. Once the referred candidate successfully passes their probation period, you will receive your referral reward.

3. Eligibility for the Referral Program

  • Referrals are eligible for the program if:
    • The referred person is not already registered with The Recruitment Org.
    • They meet the qualifications for available roles within the company’s job listings.
    • They are successfully placed in a permanent position through The Recruitment Org within 6 months of the referral.

4. How Rewards Work

  • When your referral is successfully placed and completes their probation period, you will be eligible to receive a referral reward.
  • The reward can include:
    • Cash bonuses
    • Gift cards
    • Other exciting rewards, such as vouchers or experiences.
  • Your recruiter will notify you once your referral completes their probation, and the reward will be processed.

5. Tracking Your Referrals

  • You can reach out to your recruiter for updates on your referral status, including whether the candidate has been contacted, interviewed, and placed.
  • Once the referred candidate passes their probation, your recruiter will confirm your eligibility for the referral reward.

6. Referral Program Guidelines

  • Multiple Referrals: You can refer as many candidates as you like—there is no limit.
  • Referral Timing: The referred candidate must be placed within 6 months of the referral to qualify for the reward.
  • Self-Referrals: Referring yourself is not eligible for the referral reward.

7. Referral Tips

  • To increase your chances of success, refer candidates whose skills and experience closely match the job openings listed on our Latest Jobs page.
  • Encourage your referrals to apply through the Zoho Candidate Portal or connect with their assigned recruiter after your introduction.

8. Terms and Conditions

  • The Referral Program is subject to specific terms and conditions, which may vary based on the role and location.
