• You can also view the confirmation in your Zoho Candidate Portal under the “My Applications” section.

2. Initial Review by Our Recruiters

• Our team of recruiters will begin the initial review of your application. This includes assessing your resume, cover letter (if submitted), and your profile details.
• The timeframe for this step can vary, but you can expect a review to begin within 2-5 business days.

3. Employer Shortlisting

• If your application meets the job criteria, our recruiters will shortlist you for the next stage and send your profile to the hiring employer.
• Depending on the employer’s internal process, this could take anywhere from 1-2 weeks.
• If the employer requests more information, our team may reach out to you for additional documents or clarification.

4. Interview Invitation

• If you are shortlisted by the employer, our recruiters will contact you to schedule an interview.
  • You’ll receive details on the interview format (phone, video, or in-person), the date, time, and any specific instructions.
  • Interview scheduling typically takes place within 1-3 weeks after shortlisting.
• If you are not selected for an interview, you will receive an email notification, and your profile will remain active for future opportunities.

5. Interview Preparation

• Once your interview is scheduled, The Recruitment Org offers interview preparation assistance, including resources, coaching, and tips to help you succeed.
• Access these resources via your Candidate Portal or request help from your assigned recruiter.

6. Post-Interview Feedback

• After the interview, the employer will provide feedback to our recruiters, who will communicate the next steps with you.
  • If selected, you will move on to the offer stage or further rounds of interviews.
  • If not selected, we will notify you and provide constructive feedback if available.

7. Job Offer

• If the employer is satisfied with your interview, they will extend a job offer.
  • The offer details (salary, benefits, start date) will be provided to you via our recruiters.
  • We’ll assist with any negotiations and ensure all your questions are answered before you make your decision.

8. Next Steps if You’re Not Selected

• If you are not selected, don’t worry! The Recruitment Org will keep your profile active in our system for future roles that match your skills and experience.
