1. Confirmation of Job Vacancy Submission

  • Immediate Confirmation: Once you submit a job vacancy through the Client Portal or via email, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation acknowledging that your vacancy has been submitted.
  • Follow-Up Email: Shortly after submission, a recruiter will send a follow-up email to confirm receipt and provide an overview of the next steps.

2. Initial Consultation with Your Recruiter

  • Timeline: Within 1-2 business days of submitting your job vacancy, your assigned recruiter will reach out to schedule a consultation.
  • What Happens: During this consultation, your recruiter will:
    • Discuss the role in detail, including any specific qualifications, skills, and experience you’re looking for.
    • Understand your company culture and any preferences for candidate fit.
    • Confirm the job description and other relevant details, such as salary expectations, work environment, and location.

3. Candidate Sourcing and Screening

  • Timeline: Once the details of the job have been finalized, candidate sourcing typically begins within 3-5 business days.
    • Our recruitment team will:
      • Post your job listing on relevant job boards and internal databases.
      • Actively source candidates from our network and external channels.
      • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for the role.
      • Perform background checks and reference verification for shortlisted candidates.

4. Shortlisting of Candidates

  • Timeline: You can expect to receive a shortlist of top candidates within 1-2 weeks after sourcing begins, depending on the complexity of the role.
  • What Happens: You will receive a curated list of the best candidates, along with:
    • Resumes/CVs
    • Recruiter Notes on the candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for the role.
    • Any preliminary interview feedback conducted by The Recruitment Org.
  • Client Review: At this point, you can review the profiles, request more information, or provide feedback through the Client Portal or via email.

5. Candidate Interviews

  • Timeline: Once you select the candidates you wish to interview, our team will assist in scheduling the interviews within 3-5 business days.
  • What Happens: We handle all the logistics of coordinating interview times between you and the candidates, whether the interview is in person, via phone, or through video conferencing.

6. Feedback and Decision Making

  • Timeline: After the interviews are conducted, we will request feedback from both you and the candidates within 1-3 business days.
  • Client Feedback: You’ll provide feedback on the interviewed candidates through the portal or email, indicating whether you want to proceed with an offer or continue reviewing additional candidates.

7. Offer and Negotiation

  • Timeline: Once you’ve made your decision, the offer process typically takes 2-3 business days to finalize.
  • What Happens: Our team will:
    • Help draft the offer letter and communicate it to the selected candidate.
    • Assist with any salary negotiations or discussions regarding benefits and start dates.
    • Confirm the candidate’s acceptance of the offer.

8. Onboarding the Candidate

  • Timeline: After the candidate accepts the offer, we will help facilitate the onboarding process over the next 1-2 weeks.
  • What Happens: We work with you and the candidate to ensure a smooth transition into their new role, providing support as needed.

9. Post-Placement Support

  • What Happens: Our support doesn’t end after the candidate is placed. We provide post-placement follow-up to ensure that both you and the candidate are satisfied. If any issues arise during the probation period, we’re available to assist with adjustments or finding a replacement if necessary.
