How to Submit a Job Vacancy to The Recruitment Org
At The Recruitment Org, we make it easy for our clients to submit job vacancies and find the right talent. Whether you’re using our website or the client portal, follow these steps to submit your job vacancy for recruitment.
Option 1: Submit a Job Vacancy via the Website
Go to the Find Talent Page
Click on “Submit a Job Vacancy”
- On the Find Talent page, scroll down and click the “Submit a Job Vacancy” button.
Fill in Job Details
- You will be redirected to a form where you need to provide key job details, including:
- Job Title
- Location
- Employment Type (Full-time, Part-time, Contract)
- Job Description
- Salary Range
- Qualifications and Skills Required
- Be as specific as possible to help us source the best candidates for the role.
Provide Your Contact Information
- Fill in your company’s contact details, including:
- Your Name
- Company Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Submit Your Job Vacancy
- Once all the details are entered, click “Submit” at the bottom of the form. Our recruitment team will review your submission and contact you to confirm and begin the recruitment process.
Option 2: Submit a Job Vacancy Through the Client Portal
If you are already a client with access to the Client Portal, you can submit a job vacancy directly through the platform.
Log into the Client Portal
- Go to the Client Portal login page and enter your credentials.
Navigate to the Job Submission Section
- Once logged in, go to the “Submit Job Vacancy” tab located in your dashboard.
Enter Job Details
- Fill out the job details including:
- Job Title
- Location
- Employment Type
- Job Description
- Salary Range
- Skills and Qualifications
Review and Submit
- Once you’ve entered all the necessary details, review the job posting for accuracy.
- Click “Submit Vacancy” to send the job information to our recruitment team.
Confirmation and Follow-Up
- After submission, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and your assigned recruiter will follow up with you to discuss the role in more detail and begin sourcing candidates.
What Happens Next?
- Once your vacancy is submitted, our recruitment team will reach out to discuss your requirements, sourcing timeline, and next steps.
- You’ll be able to track the progress of your job submission through the Client Portal or receive updates via email from your recruiter.
