How to Request Temporary Staffing Solutions
At The Recruitment Org, we offer flexible and efficient solutions for clients needing temporary or contract workers. Here’s how you can request temp staff either through our Client Portal (preferred) or via email.
Option 1: Request Temporary Staffing via the Client Portal (Preferred)
Log into the Client Portal
- Use your credentials to log into the Client Portal on The Recruitment Org website.
- Once logged in, you’ll be directed to your dashboard, where you can manage job vacancies and staffing requests.
Navigate to the “Request Temporary Staff” Section
- In the dashboard, click on the “Request Temporary Staff” tab to open the staffing request form.
Fill Out the Staffing Request Form
- Provide the following details for your temporary staffing request:
- Job Title (e.g., Administrative Assistant, Project Manager)
- Location (on-site, remote, hybrid)
- Duration (expected start and end dates, or ongoing)
- Hours Required (full-time, part-time, shift work)
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Hourly Pay Rate or Salary Range
- You can also specify whether you need a contractor or temporary employee.
Submit Your Request
- Once all details are filled out, click “Submit”. Your request will be sent to our recruitment team, and a recruiter will contact you within 1-2 business days to confirm details and begin the sourcing process.
Option 2: Request Temporary Staffing via Email
- Email Your Temporary Staffing Request
- If you prefer to request temporary staff via email, send your staffing request to your assigned recruiter or our staffing support email at [insert email address].
- Include the Following Information in Your Email:
- Job Title
- Location (on-site, remote, hybrid)
- Duration (start and end dates, or ongoing)
- Hours (full-time, part-time, shifts)
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Hourly Pay Rate or Salary Range
- Any specific preferences, such as whether you prefer temporary employees or contractors.
What Happens Next?
Confirmation and Consultation
- Whether you submit your request via the Client Portal or email, you’ll receive a confirmation from The Recruitment Org.
- Your recruiter will follow up within 1-2 business days to confirm the details of the request and discuss any additional requirements.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening
- Once the request is confirmed, our team will immediately begin sourcing candidates.
- We will conduct initial screenings, including background checks and qualification assessments, to ensure candidates meet your requirements.
Shortlisting and Placement
- You will receive a shortlist of candidates for review within 3-5 business days, depending on the complexity of the role.
- Once you select your preferred candidates, we will handle the logistics of placing the temporary or contract workers.
